    Run/ Walk/ Bike/ Elliptical (Today:  40 min yoga;  Running Total: 12.63 miles)

Day 105 of *Another* 100 Days of Good Karma.

I spent the day being angry and stressed out.  The insurance problem is not worked out yet.  I do have hope it’ll be resolved either by the ‘continuation of coverage’ option or by getting a new policy.

Still, I wished like hell I could drink something a lot stronger than chamomile tea.

So when the kids came to me and wanted to play outside I was much more inclined to sit on the couch and binge watch Downton Abbey.

But they dragged me out back anyway.

Kids amaze me.  They don’t stay down for long.  They don’t get tangled up in worry for days.

They might grump and grouse for a little bit, but then they go play tug of war with the dog.

They sit in the grass, put their feet together and chant, “Bubble gum, bubble gum, in a dish..”

They know there are few problems that half an hour of swinging can’t solve.

They know a game of Sharks and Minnows will end up fun no matter how grumpy their mother is when they drag her into the grass.

Today’s silver lining:  My kids remind me that this too shall pass.

In the mean time, I should enjoy the sunshine.

What’s your silver lining today?  I love comments!

I’m not sure if your doctor would prescribe Clonazapam but it is safe and will sure bring some calm when you are super stressed. I know alcohol is out of the question so you might ask about the Clonazapam. The generic is Klonapin. Just a thought.
